Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee.
Appointments may be rescheduled due to severe weather or unsafe conditions.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, and some stains, odors, scratches, or defects may not be fully removable.
Trash bins must be empty and free of hazardous materials before cleaning.
We reserve the right to refuse service for unsafe conditions or inappropriate behavior.
