  • Remove all personal belongings before your appointment. We are not responsible for items left in your vehicle.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, and some stains, odors, scratches, or defects may not be fully removable.

  • Trash bins must be empty and free of hazardous materials before cleaning.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service for unsafe conditions or inappropriate behavior.

  • By using our services, you agree that Surf & Scrub's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
